Orders are typically processed within one business day — Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated throughout the process.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time:
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Please note: Delivery times are carrier estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, distance, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Coverage
Lynoshop proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing carrier information, a tracking number, and a direct link to monitor your package’s progress in real time.
Risk of Loss and Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier takes possession of your package. Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or missing, please:
Confirm that your shipping address at checkout was correct.
Check with neighbors or household members in case the package was received on your behalf.
Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to us at support@lynoshop.com within seven (7) business days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll assist you in investigating the situation.
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements are not guaranteed, our team will do everything possible to support you through the process.
Incorrect Address Policy
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you immediately. You may choose to have the package resent (additional shipping fees may apply) or request a refund (minus the original shipping cost).
Multiple Shipments
For large or multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each package.
